Gulliver's Choice

I strongly disagree with Gulliver's choice of living with the Houyhnhnms and leaving his own people. He has abandoned his own species due to the minor flaws they exhibit. What do you guys think of this atrocity?

  1. The entire point of his travels is the realization of the greediness of humans. That is the theme around which the entire novel revolves. Without this choice Gulliver's internal conflict about human nature is never resolved, which in turn makes it so theres never a true climax or resolution.

  2. In Gulliver's Travels: "A Voyage to Laputa, Balnibarbi, Luggnagg, Glubbdubdrib, and Japan", why do none of the buildings in Laputa use right angles?
